PRACTICE

Estate Planning

We represent high net-worth individuals and families to plan the succession of their estate and structure appropriate distribution methods which suit the family dynamics.

We especially enjoy representing clients who present complex or novel situations and those who can benefit from sophisticated and creative planning techniques such as family revocable or irrevocable trusts, grantor trusts, family limited liability companies, and charitable trusts/foundations.

We enjoy working with any type of family situations and do not impose a minimum net worth requirement on our clients.

We also assist families to fulfill their philanthropic and charitable goals. There are certain situations which would benefit both the family and the charitable organizations while minimizing income and estate taxes.
